    Sy blh tinggal makanan berat.. Tp manis agak sukar..

    kurangkan dulu kuantiti dari 1 gelas ke separuh gelas atau dari 2 kali sehari ke 1 kali sehari. dlm 2 mggu dan mampu biasakan dgn norma baharu, sampai suatu masa air manis ni ambil bila socializing shj. Teruskan mencuba~

    iya almost there! rasakan makan itu buat badan energetic utk buat kerja, tiada lagi berat dan ngantukkk hehe
