FitMalaysia X Prize Giving Ceremony ATM – MAKSAK.

FitMalaysiaX conducted a 8 weeks body weight management program for 41 Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) Staffs with collaboration with Majlis Kebajikan Dan Sukan Anggota-Anggota Kerajaan Malaysia(MAKSAK). This wellness program was conducted from 6th Aug-8th Oct 2020. Part of the program is where the participants will go through pre test and post test to see differences in their body weight, body fat % and health markers after 8 weeks. The winner of this program, Cpl Mohd Rafiuddin bin Ismail managed to reduce his weight from 114kg to 100kg. His body fat % also reduced in that 8 weeks.
